Happy New Year !! Thanks to all my friends who helped me keep my dogs in the show ring this year ! Against all odds we had some successes of which we are very proud ! Ch Empire's Vanilla Bean Bean earned both her AKC majors from the 6-9 month puppy class in January & in February finished her Canadian title shown a total of 6 times. In June she won the Bred By Class at the AMSC National Specialty, Great Western under Breeder Judge Lynda Berar. She then enjoyed a small specials career, it seems, always up against some of the top dogs/top terriers in Canada and often in the company of one or 2 of Canada's top Miniature Schnauzers.
Unofficial top dog results to date have Bean at: #5 Miniature Schnauzer, #1 bitch (Breed competition) #6 Miniature Schnauzer, #2 bitch (Group competition) Ch Empire's Dancing Til Dawn Dana debuted at Great Western in June from the 6-9 month puppy class where she was Best Opposite in Sweeps at the AMSC National Specialty under Breeder/Judge Santos Diaz. Dana completed her puppy career with a Winners Bitch, Best of Winners, Best Puppy at the BC All Terrier Specialty under Breeder/Judge Mr. David Kirkland. She completed the weekend with Best Opposite Sex & Best Bred By Exhibitor in Group at Canada's largest dog show. Am Ch Empire's Shoofly Pi
Owner handled to his title, Am Ch Empire’s Shoofly Pi finished with 3 majors, one earned at the Cactus State M.S. Club Specialty & one earned at the Centennial State M.S. Specialty show. Lisa & Shoofly, Thank you !!
Can Ch Empire Creator Pi Ala Mode Allie was sent out with Brenda Combs this Fall and picked up her second major and some single points. She needs just one single point to finish her A.K.C. champion title. After a quick litter of puppies and a new coat, she will be back out to finish ! Can Ch Empire's Red October Ramius earned his 2nd major, a 5 point winners dog (& Best of Winners) from the Bred By class at the Tualatin K.C under Judge Ms. Marjorie A. Underwood. He also picked up a few single points handled by co-owner Julio Parisi. He will be out in 2013 to finish. Ramius has his first few litters on the ground and can already boast one American & two Canadian Champions plus new babies & grandbabies just entering the show ring. Empire' Advocate Lay Down Melanie debuted in Canada and earned her first 4 points. She took a brief break to have babies and will be back out in the Spring of 2013.
